Jeff Strasberg is Ridgewood Capital’s CFO and has been with Ridgewood Capital since its inception in 1998. He is also the CEO/CFO of Ridgewood Renewable Power and CFO of Ridgewood Securities Corp.
Mr. Strasberg has been in CFO roles for over 25 years, during which time he has raised approximately $500 million in debt and equity, led M&A transactions of approximately $1 billion and as CFO, took a manufacturing company public. His prior experience also includes being CFO of a $500 million dollar financial services company and corporate officer of a Fortune 500 company where he was responsible for all SEC reporting, including its IPO prospectus. Mr. Strasberg also was an Audit Manager with Price Waterhouse specializing in publicly-traded clients. He is a CPA and a graduate of the University of Florida.
